  • friendly, practical advice and support on smoking and giving up
  • details of your local NHS Stop Smoking Service
  • free information packs
Lines are open daily from 7am - 11pm, with specialist advisers available from 10am - 11pm. Call 0800 169 0 169 (for deaf and hard of hearing people, please use textphone 0800 169 0 171).

Alternatively, if you would like advice relating to smoking and pregnancy, you can call the NHS Pregnancy Smoking Helpline on 0800 169 9 169. Lines are open daily from 12 noon - 9pm.
